08 Oct PROPOSED UPDATE TO THE COLUMBIA BASIN DEVELOPMENT LEAGUE’S BYLAWS
According to the bylaws of the Columbia Basin Development League, changes that do no fix Trustee qualifications, classifications, terms of office, or compensation, may be made to the bylaws by a majority vote of those present and voting at any regular or special meeting of the members provided 20 days advance notice is given to the membership.
Notice is hereby given of the Board of Trustee’s intention to submit bylaws update to the membership for a vote on Thursday, November 5, 2020 during the annual meeting of the membership which will be held via a Zoom video conference call beginning at noon. Zoom login information will be emailed to all members no less than 10 days prior to the meeting. What follows are two links:
